First of all, merry christmas to everyone, hope u had a nice time and a sensible present harvest. I had a great evening myself along with the family, nice food, lots of drinks and nice presents.
Now, to the real stuff this blog is about - Nash is no more horde, I changed back to Alliance which is due to various reasons. Before this choise was final I was a raider of Months Behind and I helped them on their way thru ToC and Icecrown Citadel (except for last boss), but things changed as we progressed and gained loot. Some ppl started to take raiding more serious than others, and some ppl were sad and felt the guild wasnt what it used to be. So, 2 mates of mine and myself decided to pack our stuff real fast and write a goodbye on the guildwebsite - then we changed to Alliance with our fave characters to start on a fresh with new ppl, new guilds and different looking loot.
All in all I think this was for the best, there's nothing worse than destroying a guild due to different understandings of the game, or to sit down and watch the world pass u by while u can look at ur puny Tier 9 items without being close to upgrades.
As things are now, Im waiting for my friends to get home from their christmas holiday trip to Austria so we can get started ingame again - actually we have a potential guild waiting for our applications.
Fusion is the name, the 2nd best alliance guild on Hellfire EU, we tried to get 3 spots in Flinter Spaction who gained serverfirst Algalon25 when I was member of Orbis Tertius, but they didnt need 3 melee raiders.
As things are now, I feel very comfortable with the change. I dont like being a socalled Spacegoat (Draenei), but thats the requirement of changing to alliance from the mighty horde - and in the end, its the gear and personal progress that matters, not the look of the character (giggle).
I hope for the best, and I will wish u all a very lovely and safe Newyears Eve =)
Cheers, Nash the Spacegoat
